Why I out a external ass on my og Ps4 about 2 years ago everything loaded lighting quick... now it seems way slower.... the times it does load fast I have to wait 2 minutes for some idiot sharing his internet satellite in South America with the neighborhood... now there are walls on strikes can’t work ahead... dumb!

They have been slowly improving this. I would think they want us to buy a next gen. I noticed the loadtimes on current gen aren't as bad as they used to be. The loading between the annex and the main tower spawn point is way quicker. The menu load times are still slow. Series x will improve load times. Don't know about series s or the difference between the two. I think the load times are the same but x has more storage. But that's what my external 3 tb storage thing is for. I'll probably buy the x do to the fact i can afford it. I don't know much about ps5.

Just play on PC.

with beyond light maybe console get a better load times

Apps and games are different as are consoles and PCs
