How many digits is the one you have?
You should email the Bungie store and ask them for a new code or clarification about the code you have.

Ok so when i opened the pdf i only saw one 9 digit code but it was the transaction order number lol my fault for that but then on the pdf there is no other code so i contacted bungie customer support and awaiting their response. Thanks for trying to help i didnt expect a response that fast. This is a good community. :)
