Honestly it would cut down on carry and recovery cheaters. Collections would have to be tweaked to prevent players from selling/trading items from there - ie trading your mountaintop for prisms or whatever, then grabbing another MT from collections. Maybe drastically increase the cost to do so.

What do you mean by “Gifting”? Do you mean giving other ppl weapons? If that’s the case, then I’m gonna pass on that. Don’t give those people who don’t play PvE a god rolled pve gun from a raid they never even tried. ESPECIALLY not exotics. Maybe trading, legendary world drops only? Idk, but d2 is not a game that needs this. You want a good thing, earn it.
