Nova warp is the Worst PvE Subclass in the game, please buff it.
Increasing the Damage on handheld supernova and Nova Warp's blast would help it a lot while not influencing anything about it in PvP (Even though one could argue it needs a buff there, but that is for another time), and also doing something with the Melee Atomic Breach to make it more rewarding in going ape
- Nova Warp doesn't even kill majors as good as things like Arc Striders or even spectral blades, the damage is mediocre combined with a short duration and wind-up time for attacks
- Handheld Supernova doesn't do nearly enough damage to justify it's charge time and Risk / Reward play-style
- Atomic Breach is weaker than Bloom and can't kill more than one enemy at full health
- Dark Matter is horrible for Sustain (Unrelenting, the new perk for health, does this job better), while only providing small bursts of energy to the 3 abilities (The only reason it seemingly gets a lot more grenade energy is due to people using Contraverse Hold, which could be replaced by Karnstein Armlets, Verity's Brow, or even Nezarec's sin
They should turn it into a support/offense hybrid super instead.
So when you're charging a blast, you create a void field similar to the actual blast and while your teammates are in it, they receive a damage buff in the form of stacks equal to the amount of enemies you kill with blasts beforehand and allies standing inside heal as they damage enemies.
This is the only way it would become good in PvE because roaming supers are generally not even very helpful when we have shit like Falling Guillotine and Ruinous Effigy which does more damage than Nova Warp with the spheres it makes 🤣
