I'm not taking sides, but if I was apart of a major game studio during COVID-19 and couldn't directly work with my team nonstop at our main studio, and was stuck at home like the majority of people; then yeah our game would be kinda lame right now too cause we don't have the proper tools nor time to be doing all that
Y'all need to stop -blam!- and cut them a little slack sheez get a life and do something else cause y'all see they had to push back the -blam!-in DLC.
They don't have the proper setup handling things like cheaters and glitches to their best possible ability...y'all a bunch of -blam!-in babies crying on the forums everyday🤷🏽♂️

Not being obtuse, but have you worked for health services IT department or any fortune 100's development team? I work for both sorts of places and slack is 0, in fact, negative if that's a term. I am trying to save people, their jobs and my job and don't have the luxury of slack. Entertainment is the getaway and I pay for it based on their market price whatever for DLC etc. Imagine you go to a bar after work and ask for a beer and they give u algae ridden water for same price. Would you cut them slack? Also, it's a game developer company. Remote working for IT in silicon valley is normal and nothing new. If Bungie can't manage that then they have bigger problems. Stop apologising for sh1t.

2 답변People who complain that there is nothing left to do in destiny and are bored need to find another hobby. It’s a little unrealistic to expect to constantly play a game and never run out of things to do. Idk, maybe they should pick up another game or go outside.

The cheaters and hackers only affect me on pvp and yeah they are annoying but at least its not every single game. The issue I have with bungie is how terrible their weapon balance really is, I hate how long they take to fix a freaking bug but fast if the bug grants players more loot, I hate how they seriously have given up on subclasses in the game, nova warp is straight up useless on both pve and pvp and some hunter and titan classes have outdated abilities and perks. These are my problems, imagine the problems other people have? Lag switch, cheaters, bugs, lack of character customization, lack of a reap black shader, feeling robbed because the glow they earned and bought last year is useless and Bungie is going to charge money for a new universal glow. Bungie has a ton of stuff to fix and have had issues since vanilla and still cant get it right so I completely understand why people vent on the forums

They're a service provider right? When a storm destroys the power lines, does the power company leave a street in a community powerless for months because "fixing power is hard"? If they can't provide the service, time to pack up shop and sell to someone who can. 🤷 The entire world has adapted to this problem. I laugh at manufacturers that are deliberately blaming covid19 when their competitors are back to producing products just fine. Therefore, I laugh at the premise of this post.

The only thing is, how much can we deal with this before the community gets mad? This entire year has been very lackluster, full of issues that haven’t been solved, and very little communication on big things like anti-cheat or Trials loot. Look at last season, it was so bad on Bungie’s part that they couldn’t even load up a door properly for a mission of 3 minutes of dialog and barely any interaction. They couldn’t even load up a Lost Sector for 4th Horsemen. You have to understand the frustration of the community if we’ve had to deal with this for almost an entire year.

1 답변Then why are they fixing glitches that are causing us to have fun instantly, still staying with they are lazy and not fixing problems that will promote gameplay. How many weapon, ability, and gameplay problems are there that we know of and is just not getting fixed. They are more concerned about what the streamers think of the new content and what they need to make more money. Who in his right mind decided to remove SBMM and SOH armor masterworking with 7 trials wins. ( just remember if it is the same as previous years then it is 7 wins per character). They just proved they know nothing about their own game and only caters for streamers and pvp sweats. I dont blame new players for picking up the game and leaving it after the first few pvp games. This is bungo logic at its best.

Only part of this I’ll argue is that regardless of circumstances, companies are expected to provide certain services to their products, so valid complaints about those abusing the system are not a bad thing. If you want to talk about the [i]excessive[/i] number of posts, then yeah I can agree, “Chill”.

However, they had been planning for trials before. Season of the Worthy was developed during Shadowkeep, and yet they had no inkling their idea was wrong? Bungie has so much potential, yet they always ruin it with management.

The season is pretty good overall. The delay of the DLC has just messed up the pacing of everything a bit, imo. I’m still enjoying the game. Plus, the extra two months gives me some time to beat other games before the new expansion.
