Ability Cosmetics?
I was running an eater of worlds and the topic flowed to cosmetics, and we started wondering why this game doesn't have any ability themed cosmetics for sale or for earn?
I'd love an Arc themed (still solar damage) hammer of sol, or a Ward of Dawn that looks like a Fallen Arc-Bubble, perhaps a Dawn Blade that takes the appearance of a Hive Ascendant Sword?
Pls Bungie just lemme be Thor :(

Changing how things look makes it harder for new players to learn what effects signal which abilities. Special effects should be simple things like leaving a trail behind when we jump or glowing footprints.

This is a cool concept I also had an idea for fusing our light abilities with certain enemy abilities / location elements For example: arcstrider: Valkyrie effect that lets the user throw the arc staff infused with seraphite energy on the last chain of combo. It does immense damage but consumes the super on throw. Ward of dawn: create a vex triangle network gate that transports the player to a previously marked location Nova bomb: throw a massive taken infused blight orb that blinds, concusses and suppresses all enemies hit by it.

I'll upvote this. It would be really cool. If anyone says lore is why we can't my response is A. bungie breaks lore all the time and B. We could do it because we're the "next generation" of guardians who should be stronger and more intune with the light than ever before allowingus control how our light is manifested. Or whatever lol.
