Eververse, Sunsetting. The Bungie I met in Halo would NEVER have done this crap.

1 답변That bungie is long gone. All the top devs have fallen. Bethesda, bioware and bungie. Oddly enough all tied to xbox

69 답변Different time. Different market. The $60 you are paying for a video game today is 40% less than the $60 I was paying for games when Halo first dropped. That’s based just on inflation. But games have only gotten more expensive to make and more expensive to maintain after the sale since then. In fact most games that try to provide the level of service that Bungie is giving with Destiny will charge you a monthly subscription fee.

2 답변I’ve been following Bungie faithfully ever since I met them via a game called Myth II. I was an instant fan, and this was back when Halo was previewed at MacWorld, before the Xbox even came into the picture. That studio kicked so much ass that I never needed to play a non-Bungie title. Whatever they were cooking up, it was working for me. This Bungie is not the same. Nowhere near it. So I’m playing the MCC now, looking forward to Halo Infinite... and I still play Myth II on rare occasions 🙂

2 답변No one noticed they removed the BLM post right after the Beirut explosion. I predict a pin and emblem and shirt with 50% of the proceeds going to .... Bungo

2 답변Bungie just doesn't care anymore. Their lack of communication on here and reddit show that more than ever

19 답변Joe Staten was the lead for halo 1-3, great writer. He also wrote d1, his idea was rejected 2 months before the game launch, he quit. Resulted in the game being a patchwork disaster and only had grimoire cards to slightly explain portions of Joes original story. Since then it’s been bandaids, stitches, prosthetic limbs, and organ transplants to keep this game running
