I purchased the Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe Deluxe edition on my Steam account on 9/30/19. I have proof of the purchase and the description clearly states that it includes all 4 seasons. However, after logging in after some time, only the top row is able to be selected. I also noticed on one of my characters it shows unclaimed rewards for Season of the Worthy, and I noticed that the bottom row in the previous season I can select either. I have already tried verifying the integrity of the game files and in the Steam help section they say that any DLC or bonus content that I need to reach out to the game's company. Can you help with this please? My cross save that I accidentally deactivated a few months ago will be able to be activated again next week.
I believe the expansions are platform based while seasons are character based. So If you had cross save active when you bought the package, with your PS4 account as the primary, then your season passes are tied to those characters. I’m guessing that’s why your PS4 has all the seasons active while your Steam characters do not.
