Equipped Empowered Finish mod on my Trials gear and when I went to finish an enemy it did not charge me with light. Did it with super energy full and about halfway full and still did not proc. Is there a bug with these mods as far as being applied to newer armor? It lets me apply it but the effects don’t work for it. Anyone else have this issue?
