HELP CROSS SAVE CHARS GONE
So i went to cross save with my xbox account but suddenly my PC characters are gone? please help and advise!!
ok i went to deactivate the cross save to xbox and my pc/steam characters are still there, luckily. But when i log in through steam the characters are still gone! HELPPP
i have a notification telling me "Cross Save cannot be unlinked for 68 days because you’ve purchased Silver on your Steam account recently." and im not sure what that mean.
i just want to link to xbox so that i can play on my xbox too but why does my characters disappear when i link to my xbox account? is it because of that notification?

1 답변When you setup cross-save, you selected your Xbox account as the active save data. This would be why you cannot access your Steam characters. Please read through the article linked below, and fill out the contact form at the bottom. Request that your active save be changed from Xbox to Steam, and Bungie staff may assist, at their discretion.
