Seen it in multiple matches where random players are 10+ levels higher than everyone else because their artifact power is still enabled. Is this a confirmed visual glitch? Btw, I play at 1053 (artifact disabled) and have ran into players at 1070 who still have their artifact enabled showing a +15 artifact lvl.
