I was just hovering over the IB graphic ingame and it says that the matchmaking is "prefer skills" I am not 100 percent sure but I am assuming that is SBMM right? I also looked at the other Crucible like the Classic mix and it says Connection is preferred. Check it out and correct me if need be.
