All Y1 armor can be pulled from collections with a 48 stat roll just like Exotics can. These same Y1 armor all drop with random rolls now. I think the same should be done with all Y2 and Y3 Armor. This would solve Vault Space problems for some people. I know I have a lot of armor I'm stuck and would like to be able to pull it from collections to transmog later.
All Y1 armor can be pulled from collections, it should be the same for all armor.
Thanks, Bungie.
And please don't forget to upvote to help Bungie see this.
Edit: Y2 armor can not be pulled from collections as that is when Forsaken came out. Not sure why I thought Y2 was curated. Thanks for pointing out people.

I’d be fine even if the armor had curated rolls with stats in a range between 40 and 50. You could pull them from collections if you wanted to, but you’d be better off going out finding better rolls than what Collections offers you. As for weapons: just make curated rolls for Collections. Is it really that hard?

If they could somehow introduce transmog for all armour, then we could wear any ornament on any gear. even if they had pvp ornaments on only pvp armour, world ornaments for world armour, raid ornaments for raid armour etc. and only those ornaments would work on their respective armour. Then I could wear what I want and not ruin the grind for good gear. just simply change my look.

You should evaluate what Massive has done in The Division 2 with the re-calibration bench. That feature in the Division 2 is a way to improve gear. In Destiny 2 I can see us having the ability to store away a specific type of armor and weapon that we found that we could later pull out again. My vault is full of stuff that I don’t use but I am afraid to get rid of because it may all of a sudden become that thing that becomes meta or I need it because a specific activity springs up and it’s the one item that is needed at that moment. And also I see armor and what mods can be used and can’t be used is turning into a nightmare for me. I’m having a tough time keeping seasons and their mods straight. I’m still using my Dreambane set because it’s the one set of gear that I can get fully masterworked so I can utilize armor mods - and with retirement coming next season, I’m going to be in a world of hurt for replacing because the ability to earn Ascendant Shards is impossible for me. I have extremely bad RNG for earning them.

작성자: Matthaeus_Shalem 6/14/2020 7:08:13 PMGreat Post Stefanos! I’ve been wanting Bungie to do this for over a Year! Great Idea! If they’re not going to increase Vault Space to let us keep ALL THE GEAR WE ACCUMULATE THEN THEY SHOULD LET US REACQUIRE IT FOR FREE ANY TIME WE WANT! We Earned it the Normal Way and Shouldn’t have to Pay Legendary Shards or Glimmer to get it back! Fallout Plays Youtuber had a full discussion about this with 2 Guests on his Show about this Issue a few Months ago! They all agreed Bungie is going to have to do something about this! It’s High Time they do it!

1 답변I have written about this more than once, a collection from which you can’t get anything is not a collection in fact. There is nothing difficult in making a fixed roll for each type of armor. When the game was released it was so, why not do the same now? Bungie principles defy logic for a long time.

What Bungie should do is make the version obtained in the Collections. If a player gets different versions, then each version obtained should be available in the Collections. I understand that Bungie didn't want player using the Collections as an opportunity to re-roll gear. Once earned, the gear should be available to retrieve. Just my thoughts on this.

Random Perks: This item cannot be reacquired from Collections. <checks ALL armor 2.0 sets> <Sees there are ZERO perks, but all have random stat rolls> <Wonders what perks were random, seemingly identical to current and past exotic and curated item methods> <Wonders why Bungie hasn't spent 15 minutes to figure out why collectors have either stopped already, just stopped, or about to stop collecting altogether or otherwise actively chasing those carrots that we all know will eventually go bad> <Realizes Bungie HAS spent 15 minutes or more and put a great deal of effort to ensure items (both guns and armor) are not relevant to players beyond their intended periods as long as D1 or D2 up to this point (mistakes reversed by TDB withstanding)>

9 답변작성자: Yosemite Sam 6/14/2020 5:03:48 PMThis is a question for everyone on this forum. Over the years I have seen many requests asking many times and they never take place or they are ignored by having the community managers post many times,
The team has no current plans at the moment.
Now, we all know this is this companies game and they can do whatever they want as they have shown they will do whatever they want in spite of what's posted. Before I get to the question, ask yourself, and be honest about it. When looking at this company verses others when it comes to communication and listening to what the community suggests that they would like to see added to the game, how well does this company communicate versus other companies when adding what the community suggested. These are just examples of suggestions that have been asked for years even from when the first game released.
1. Matchmaking for most activities 2. Collection, as the OP suggested 3. Severs 4. The vault space to be organized, etc 5. The postmaster to be organized, etc 6. Vendors to be actually useful, etc 7. The shop to be more useful, etc 8. Factions to be more useful, etc 9. Actual 6v6 PvP maps, etc 10. A better rotation when it comes to maps in PvP/Nightfall 11. Sparrow racing 12. Social spaces, etc 13. Improving the RNG in this game with loot drops 14. Larger fire teams running patrol
These have been asked thousands of times over the years that you can even look it up through this forum's history and see as far back as the first game that the same suggestions have never taken place. So my question, if you have been on this forum since the first game and have suggested any of what I posted and it hasn't happened in years, why keep asking for the same things over and over again knowing it's not going to happen this late in the game?

5 답변Fun Fact: The solstice armor you grinded for and payed money for armor glows cannot be pulled from collections

1 답변Or, the simplest option - just have all old armour as ornaments. There is no reason at all why they don’t do this - it would solve vault space issues instantly. I’m sure there’s a strategic reason Bungie have not allowed us to do this - as we can for all Eververse armour pieces.
-
2 답변Bungie should add an option where you can select what rolls gets saved into collections. Lets say you get a void amor with a 62 points. give us an option to pin or favorite the item and becomes the default armor in collections
-
It should have a base roll from the collection so god roll farming isn't an issue. Just give everything in the collection a middle tier roll, and problem solved. We can take stuff apart collecting dust in our vaults and pull with a decent roll if we ever want to use it again.

5 답변Luke hasn't addressed this since he said they'll fix it later after Frosaken's release hmmmm

9 답변Their main concern is that people will just try to re-roll them A problem they could easily solve if each piece of gear from year 2 and beyond in the collection had a static roll. Especially with transmog on the way
