Crucible and PvP is not the point of Destiny, and we need to get back to that point. All these cares and worries with this game predominately associate with PvP. Honestly, who cares? It's not Destinys fault you came to an MMO RPG for its player vs player experience lol

68 답변On the other side of the spectrum, there’s many players like myself who solely play Destiny for its PvP experience. I hardly ever enter into PvE content unless it’s required or there’s something I’m really eager to unlock. Destiny is meant to be a game that allows you to play the way you want. Sure there may be activities that I don’t like, but I can guarantee there’s a large group of players that get excited to hop online just to play those things. That’s the beauty of this game.

Crucible has been a part of destiny since the beginning. To say it’s not part of destiny is a completely irrational and dumb thing to say. Yes it may need to be separated a bit more balancing wise but crucible is a staple of destiny.

You lost me at rpg and mmo lol Doooooo you know what game you play? Where is the MMO and the RPG?hahhahhahahha Destiny is a looter shooter and now they have zero pve content and the pvp is dead cause of the cheats and the lag from sbmm and many many other problems but...don't forget Activision is the devil..

1 답변Take out PvP, see how long the game survives. A huge portion of the playerbase only goes into PvE for guns to use in PvP.

Crucible/pvp is LITERALLY the ONLY reason i started destiny 1 and the ONLY reason i play. PVP has been part of Destiny since day one D1. I "came to" a pvp shooter. It's your fantasy world that pvp didn't exist in D1. "It's not Destiny's fault" you think the game should revolve around you. Destiny only even got a chance with me because it was a COD alternative when COD when super building jumping. I could give a flying F about MMO. Don't want to play one. I find PVE 100% repetitive, same strikes, with same enemies, coming from the same door. Or the same mechanic, stand on this plate or throw this ball, or jump to this platform. Same everytime. Hell, bungie has done next to nothing with pvp until this season with trials returning for about two years. So blaming pvp is hilarious. Destiny's pve issues are cause seraph towers are boring, there's no vendor refreshes, the guns are always rehashed, they are removing guns, nobody likes gambit, nobody likes reckoning, the raids can't hold anyones interest, they have lackluster weapons, the story is told in fragments, speeches, or lore few people read, or worse they start one and don't finish it; hey Uldren woke up. nevermind. Hey Almighty is hurling towards earth but hey lets have a guardian olympics-type event. Not to mention tons of exotics weapons they add are just old d1 weapons recycled. But carrying having fun with throwing balls at your towers and running that strike for the 400th time. Bet you get a ton nice bounties on your way.

1 답변Actually PvP is part of Destinys charm and makes it unique. PvP has its issues right now, but make no mistake, PvP is absolutely a big part of what destiny has been and will be.

It’s not Destiny’s fault you came for a PvE experience in a game that since the beginning has tried to mend both together 🤦♂️. You guys are dumb... But again you guys are the same ones that think somehow PvP got Izanagi, auto-reload, Sniper (PVE DAMAGE), Trench barrel, box breathing, and all those other PvE meta things nerfed. You know... the things that didn’t exist in the PvP world at all. Horrible decision from Bungie paired with blind gullible fans. No wonder this game is deteriorating.

2 답변I think pvp should have it's own system. Very much like call of duty leveling system and prestige. You unlock crucible weapons on in pvp. Those weapons you unlock can only be used in pvp. Weapons you get in pve can only be used in pve. This would mean everyone would get every pvp weapon. It would balance the game.

How many times can you do a Pit or Nightfall? Talk about boring. Once you run out of content, which is REALLY easy these days, crucible is the only thing left. And even crucible gets boring. All I have left are a few stupid weapon catalysts that I could care less about.

9 답변This. Destiny is not a campaign shooter with a pvp endgame, not is it a game designed for e-sport level pvp. So the expectation that Bungie will manage it like one to the detriment of the pve that is the core of the game is unreasonable.

Pvp is a lost cause it’s so unbalanced especially this season with the autos dominating everything at medium to long range and the fact they nerfed hand cannons. If they ever decide in the future to make d3 pvp should not be added imo or even yet just delete it from d2 the pvp player base is so small compared to pve
