Yes please They should make it say “blocks most damage from incoming weapons” make it so they can still be damaged in a fight but capped at 85% of the damage that would’ve been dealt. Specifying these to weapons would fix a lot of problems like not taking damage from another striker charge because they pressed a button. It would also remove the cheese of them being able to slide through barricades without taking damage. These would still be good in a 1v1. But it would give the non Antaeus user a way to counter by using abilities like a grenade for initial damage then finish with primary after the enemy’s Antaeus proc is gone.

39 답변I have yet to see an actual good arguement for why they shouldn't be nerfed. They have an incredibly low skill ceiling and provide half a second of immunity. Literally slide at a guy as he starts shooting you and his TTK goes up to over a second while yours is quite possibly 0.7 seconds or lower in this meta. All because you pressed a single button. That's insane. They're get out of jail free cards and allow the user to get kills they have no business even attempting to get. Same can be said for things like Wormhusk. Exotics like that just shouldn't be in the game. Anteus would be much better if they provided a Juggernaut shield or overshield after a shoulder charge kill or something like that. Wormhusk also needs a rework or a much longer cooldown when it is on, but this isn't the thread for that.

All the Titans defending getting a free immunity shield just for sliding are the reason titans have a reputation for being brainless idiots. Bungie could give them Wardcliff coil in a grenade and they'd still claim they're the worst class. -blam!-ing pathetic.

40 답변They really arent as op as people make them seem. Yes, 0.5 sec of immunity. But keep in mind, all you gotta do is back pedal a shotty or peak after they slide. If you get outplayed, you get outplayed and adapt to outplay THEM. As someone who currently uses them 50% of the time I shotgun (because why not (I prefer sniping now though)), it's really easy to outplay them. Stay out of shotty range, do quick peaks paired with crouch shots for snipers, and pray to god they arent using Bastion. As for the super gain, I dont really see how they're that strong. I run super mods a lot because why not, and they barely make a difference. And finally, deflecting supers. Out of all the times I've tried, I have YET to actually do it. Yes, you can deflect a nova bomb. That's about it. Thundercrash is unblockable, GG will kill 99% of the time, sentinel is kinda iffy, tether just gets eaten, and all the other supers dont really have deflectable projectiles. The only supers I can see working would be nova and hammers, but it's really hard to slide at the right moment to deflect it. Now, I'm not saying they ARENT broken, I'm just saying they arent as op as people are saying they are. The real thing that needs to be addressed is how powerful 600 rpm autos are compared to other archetypes. Not saying nerf, not saying buff others. Retune them so that other archetypes can be viable. There are other things to talk about, but this isnt the topic about it.

66 답변You know just because youtubers are making videos saying it broken now doesn’t make it overpowered right? It’s been in the game for a year and a half now and they are just making titles like that for views. No one ever had a problem until all these YouTubers suddenly started saying it’s op but that’s how this community works I guess.

1 답변And how would you nerf them? It's the only item that makes Titans relevant in PvP. I personally think the super regen should be removed, but that's it. Titans as a whole are a pretty terrible class in PvP. This exotic puts them in a comparable playing field as the other classes. They're still the worse PvP class though, but at least with this exotic they have a place.

You got it all wrong, man. Being invincible every 2 seconds is fine. It's being able to scamper out of a fight with your tail between your legs every 10 seconds that's OP. And Traveller forbid your health gets out of the red, that clearly breaks the game!

4 답변The only thing Titans have really had in this game is AW, and OEM. Can’t think of any others off the top of my head(feel free to remind me of some) so I say let em be OP for a lil bit longer.
