It automatically makes all loot I get less special knowing it will soon become useless.

작성자: wookiee 5/19/2020 12:35:33 PMpretty much even the reset today isn't exciting anymore, yes my power level may climb a bit (1-2) but knowing that my hard earned weapons are going bye bye from season 12 is a real kick in the teeth. unless bungie can confirm god rolls at a lot more frequent rate then no one will play, tbh the power infusion cap has effectively shut out 80% of the player base from doing rewarding content. because of it many will leave, possible me too :(

Yeah I find it sad that you have players who put loads of time into the game to get the best rolls of their favourite weapons and get ritual/pinnacle weapons just for them to become useless in a couple a months. It's honestly stupid

I think the problem is not with current gear because it always is the same case near end of every season when people have stuff they want. For future it's a different story, would.you chase same gear when you know the RNG is so unforgiving and you can possibly end up with a gear which sunsets in x number of months.

We're all better off just grinding out nightfalls for materials and just using whatever drops at this point for a couple of weeks and leave till the fall Expansion drops. If the reveal for the expansion is stellar and looks promising I'll come back to the game. Not sure about a pre-order though. Just wish they did away with Seasons

I just got a God roll Waking Vigil today. Since I only use it for PvP, it’s okay there. For PvE I have a God roll dire promise and I guess I’ll pair it with Felwinter’s lie. Weapons, okay I’m not happy, but oh well, at least that’s only for Trials and NFs, both of which I don’t or hardly play. IB doesn’t count I still get killed by 750 people while I’m at 980. Idk how to feel about sunsetting. I only play LL disabled game modes (mostly), but if I want to do LL enabled stuff, I can’t. Oh well.

Nah. I’m always looking for the next best thing. I’m also always sharding old gear and guns usually w a new expansion I chase new stuff. I got some favorites but it’ll be fine like when nameless midnight was op in y1 or when everyone went after EP shotty and then whisper. I kno they got nerfed like sleeper and stuff but if those guns were capped even at 900 or 750 I would still run them maybe not in the raid lol but at leas they would not be nerfed. Actually can’t wait to see what gonna drop w new expansion Ima pre order get off me

2 답변Actually the opposite. Knowing I can't just Recluse everything in the next raid this fall into the ground has given me incentive to actually chase guns now. I didn't care at all last season because i had the Recluse/Exit Strategy, Tranquility, and Wendigo. What was the point with all other great being obsolete? Now i have incentive to actually get and try new stuff. But that's my own personal experience.

작성자: Rain 5/18/2020 2:03:17 AMI'm used to grinding from other games and this one. So no. People are overreacting about this. Hello video games are meant to waste time. Check my characters and look at the rolls I spent too many weeks/months even up to a year + . I just got the perfect retold literally last week, after every week with bounties, ascendant, blind well and black armory weekly bounty. I'm well into the thousands for forges, also been spamming for the perfect mindbenders forever (even when you could farm the chest) Guess what tho that's on me for being a perfectionist. Also knowing eventually the weapons wouldn't last.

3 답변Sorta. Im ok sunsetting though. Freshens things up. Its a video game at the end of the day. Its not like bungie is at my Dads funeral pissing in the casket.

I actually deleted destiny over a week ago. The idea of bungie not even balancing our weapons to make underperformers viable, just to sunset and have us farm for the same bs in the same weapon "balance", no thanks. Why would I waste my time? Sure I mostly played crucible and enjoyed every now and then some gambit, nightfalls, trials, or dungeons, but it's like why bother anymore? I got the experience from the game, crucible is mostly fun, but there's so much wrong and it'll never get fixed. Year 6 and look where we're at? Bungie continues to be lazy and I have shifted against bungie after I realized how lazy then went after forsaken was released. The way they all spoke about every excuse how they couldn't sustain quality content, f em

1 답변I was like that in D1 and it was perfect. Destiny is a looter shooter and now there is no loot the option to make stronger guns is stupid it will lead again to one phase bosses in Raids and ttk like CoD in pvp.

6 답변"Soon" is a year. And where is the incentive now? If you have the pinnacle weapons, barely any guns are worth going after from a power standpoint so unless there's a personal preference on look of gun or build playstyle, theres currently no incentive due to no weapon retirement.

so why ever buy new shoes or clothes? they won't be decent forever. why buy food? it will turn to shit right after you eat it. stop being damn drama queens. this is a game, a form of entertainment. you are not building a personal arsonal in your home to defend yourself.

11 답변People really are exaggerating sunsetting weapons/armour. What’s the lifespan? 3-4 seasons? That’s plenty of time for me to use a weapon or armour. What I would like to see return is element swapping for weapons, we still get mod components from dismantling weapons & armour but have no use for them. Day to day crucible I can still use my guns so it’s no big deal, it makes up for 30% of my playtime.
