Graphical corruption 2.8.1.1
As described in my previous post [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/255314101/0/0]here[/url] I have a graphical corruption issue during explosions.
I already did a full reinstall of the game to fix a separate stability issue (which wasn't effective) and this graphical issue also persists.
Having seen the corruption a lot, the best I can tell is that the issue is related to the use of a solar weapon or ability. When breaking a solar shield, solar rocket, the texture change in the plume from bright explosion to dark and sparks creates the issue.
Hopefully that helps track it down. Not sure what to do at this point.

I was looking back through the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/48556]patch notes[/url] for 2.7.0 and this is the point that may have caused my corruption. This is the point where Bungie "Made Vulcans' Rage much more angry" and had some serious re-working for solar classes across the board. I wonder if there is a way to roll back to pre-2.7.0 to test this hypothesis.
