Can't access Menagerie quest chain
Hello,
I wish to unlock the Menagerie quests to unlock the mode. When I go to see Benedict 99-40 he doesn't have an invitation though. I have done the Forsaken question line and are light level 966.
Is there anything specifics I need to do or is this a bug?
