It sounds like this is a company that intimately knows how to make a wonderful game, how to make an amazing Destiny!
And then you boot up the game, and you just sit there, wondering . . .
Where are these unique reward structures, unique to each activity?
Where is the encouragement to play multiple activities?
Where are immersive feedback loops, getting new gear to get new, more, and better gear?
Seriously guys . . . where is this awesome game that it's obvious you know how to make? Is it the new Matter IP? Is it in the September expansion? Is it still in the infantile-early-proto-development stages?
Where is it?

There all professional salesmen and no development talent haha. Its just so pathetic to see them talk like its the best game ever when its just so bad. Im mean do they really believe the BS the say? Bungie had to hire High Moon Studios just to do reskins FOR them...THATS how underskilled their developers are at Bungie. Activision seen this btw.

1 답변Yeah... I know you can't really compare the two, but I never realized how much it was lacking until I started playing Warzone not long ago. I wasn't even tired of Destiny, but downloaded Warzone just because it was free and ended up getting hooked. It has been a much more rewarding experience than playing Destiny lately. The major thing that makes it more fun for me is the weapon leveling system and customization. There's seemingly an endless amount of customizable options you can choose from and can truly play how you want to play. I think Destiny definitely needs something similar to that right now. Also, when they nerf things, the nerf isn't overboard and the weapon is still a good choice (in the case of the recent aug nerf). It also doesn't burn you as much, because although you had to level the weapon up to unlock your modifications for it, it didn't take the insane amount of time to earn like Destiny's weapons do. There's definitely none of this in Warzone: "We're nerfing other weapon types into the ground because we want you to be using auto rifles more often and you need to experiment trying out other weapons instead of the ones you worked hours and hours to earn. Basically, we're forcing you how to play". Basically, I believe that Bungie only changes things if and when they see fit, not because of how it affects the game. My point to prove that theory are the lunas and not forgotten nerfs. They let those guns remain as-is for months and months while people complained about them, which obviously means they thought those guns were fine as they were. Then, one day they nerfed them into the ground to apparently make room for new weapons they wanted to release, wiping away hours of work people spent trying to get those weapons. They were then affected again by the overall hand cannon nerf, further pushing down the value of even getting them. I think Bungie cares less about what the community actually enjoys and more about how they can coerce people to keep grinding and playing their game. There may be some flaws in things I said, but they only reflect my personal opinion and experiences from playing both games.

They would rather spend their time conning us all rather than actually doing the work of making great content. They make F- content and try to hype it as A+ like we are to stupid to know. Bungie really is the trashiest company. Truly the dollar general of gaming companies

3 답변They need to make it possible to achieve mac power in anyway the player decides to enjoy the destiny experience, i don’t do raids, or gm nightfalls because I don’t see them as fun, i like trials and banner plus pvp but those events are power based and can’t achieve max because I’m not doing the things that I don’t find enjoyable. I think if destiny makes it that we can anyway we want to play and what activities we choose to achieve it. I think that would make the game enjoyable from raiders to sweat gods all the way to casual players having a more rewarding experience

작성자: Cosmic Owl 5/6/2020 2:36:28 AMThat’s good PR for you. Want to know where a big chunk of their budget goes? It’s really up to the player to make their own assessment. Don’t listen to the hype vids. I’m actually a relatively new player and I won’t be buying into next season unless I can see and feel some real changes. There’s plenty of time to level the pass, and even if I don’t do what.

Stop holding others accountable for the things you're telling yourself.

We all know there's plenty of good ideas but they're all benched every time because Bungie either grave to fix more bugs they introduced with the latest patch, Eververse needs more loot or they try to stretch the content out over the course of 3 months when it's only enough content so last a couple of weeks even for casual players. They know what we want and what the game needs to thrive again, but won't commit for one reason or another.

Hahaha, bungie is trying to jump ship from their own game. The writing is everywhere. All their attention is going towards that deal they made with china. Forsaken was the peak for this game and all they've done since is devolve. Nothing about shadowkeep was better than forsaken and the season pass model had PvE activities that only toddlers can enjoy. Who actually likes doing the seraph towers? Where are the epic exotic activities that we did for wotw and outbreak perfected? If I have to throw more balls at things for 3 more months next season I'm outta here.

1 답변The encouragement to play each activity is that you 100% have to if you wanna level up fast. If you wanna level up slow then stick to PVE or PvP.

2 답변Marketing jargon. I have a little saying for it. "There is no disappointment without expectation". Simply put, either set them extremely low, or don't have any expectations at all.

They both have different ideas but are really pushed by the finance department when sales is dipping. We (customers) are taken for granted while the trio of departments play politics to save their respective jobs. Bungie is no different.

2 답변Could it be that this was and is all old Activisions crap ideas that Bungie just had to turn out as it was already made. Who knows maybe that's why they parted ways. A conflicting difference in game direction. Maybe we might see the old Bungie back with the injection of Chinese money. Or it may just fall deeper down the bottomless well. Only time will tell.

2 답변Did anyone see the thread that was on here about 2 weeks ago, the one with the female developer jumping down people's throats on Reddit/Twitter?? After I saw that, it really changed my perspective on this game. I know we are all human and deserve to be treated fairly. But to take the ribbing to the extreme like OP did? We get suspended accounts and bans for what we say. I wonder how they handled that? The thread was quickly locked and tucked away.
