Which 7th Seraph weapon are you getting kills with? Do you have a video showing you getting several kills (as the mod only gives a chance) with no cells dropping?

I didn't say weapon 🙄 It's the Tyrant's Surge Mod. It had just stopped working ( not the forst time), ie spawning a Warmind Cell on any Arc ability damage. Then, it just started againb when i used my super ability. Maybe you're not familiar with it so I'll explain. It reads: "Dealing damage with Arc Melee, Super, and grenade abilities spawns a Warmind Cell." I believe it may also be happening only in in the first room of enemies because I uaven't encountered it anywhere else.
