If you are using that HC, sidearm, darci combo, you are definitely your own problem in the crucible. That’s a bad PVP loadout unless you have some insane skill. Try some other combinations and maybe autos won’t be so bad. They aren’t bad for me, and I run HC/sniper combo a lot.

I gotta assume you’re talking about PC M&K, because you are WAY off the mark if you’re talking controller. Like, way off. There’s a ton of recoil to contend with. This isn’t me defending Hard Light: just ARs in general. If you have an issue with HL, I think it’s silly, but can see it. But what’s hysterical is this visceral reaction to ARs while I’m gonna assume you are a HC user and were totally fine with the long reign of Bungie crutching up HC making them virtually unbeatable for years. They could duel at any range and triple tap while mostly in cover. They aren’t “high skill.” They’re just different skill. To think otherwise is laughable. I for one would much rather have an AR meta than a HC one. And this is from a guy who mains Last Perdition and Breachlight in the crucible (save for bounties or boredom) so I don’t care either way.

To me cod is slower paced because its 4v4. It actually requires more aim and the ttk is slower than destiny .

I don't enjoy using autos in destiny but i do enjoy it in call of duty the shooting mechanics and gameplay are completely different chill.
