There hasn't been a "Bungie replied" in a couple weeks

Further proof that the "Best community support" award in 2019 was purchased. But do go on about how covid is preventing staff at home from being active here.

  • Let's be a little more realistic here. When they do make a reply how well is it received? Now I understand why they don't at times and I understand some wanting more communication, and I understand why there is so much fustration that their communication is not well received. So, what can they really say if you really read the TWAB's? Most of it is nothing but hype, a false sense by putting words out there that things are better then they actually are. Fake it until you make it sorta speak. It's a distraction, trying to misleading and this company has been hard at it for years now. Now this isn't Cozmo's fault nor is it Dmg's fault. They are doing what they are told to do but because they're the only ones that this community sees, their post get flooded with all kinds of 😡 This company knows this, they know they messed up, they know they could be doing better but that all takes place from the top. The top knows they don't have anything to say because most are not willing to lesten. At the same time the community know not everything they say is as they say it is. So it becomes a tug of war.

      • Ironic everything goes to shit right after they get that award anyone could have deduced as undeserved. As for this site, I wouldn't put it past its crap design making it hard for Coz or dmg to want to say anything and then have that little bell be absolutely bloated and not even be able to track everything when they get hundreds of replies

The Help forum is the only channel customers have to get hold of Bungie and that leaves unsuspecting customers up to the mercy of... Well, us... Best Community Support, people!

          • They have nothing to say because people have been calling them out on there bullshit of not taking the right feedback. Youtubers and streamers with there sheep do not make up the entirety of the community. Ninjas,moderators,and devs protecting cheaters,hackers, and what have you to protect there code of conduct. Locking posts that speak out against bungie and there descion. I mean it’s hard to have a good game when the developers don’t fix anything let alone listen to the community in general.

            • Bungie has nothing good to say. Everything that comes out of their mouths is straight diarrhea. "We have an anti-cheat, we swear!" *checks Destinytracker Leaderboard* "We didn't want Trials to come out half baked!" *no adept weapons and a crappy bounty and token system* "We want Grandmaster Nightfall to be watchable!" *streamers suddenly quitting the game and pointless grind* Their vision for Destiny 2 right now is terrible because they are so god damn blind to the glaring issues the game has, despite their communities feedback on how to fix it.

We still have no strike specific loot We still have no vendor refreshes It took us 1.5 years to get an entirely new iron banner weapon. Just 1 and it’s a static roll. The bright dust economy is still shit. Factions still aren’t back. But most importantly “wE’lL pAsS iT aLoNg To ThE tEaM”

                    People saying they dont need to reply to every harbage post on these forums. They dont even reply to important topics, if they do, only thing they say is '' we noticed our team about this issue and will work on fix'' And thats all, no discussions, no informative posts ( not counting TWAB because that is BS) they are not good at communication with community at all. That award was surely bought. I dont understand how Rare didnt won it. Thats prime example of caring company.
