Its no secret that developers dick ride streamers, because they bring an audience to the game, if datto starts dissing the game and plays something else all his sheep will follow him and bungie will have less players so they cater to big streamers to keep them around, big streamers = mass sheeple = mo money

The problem is imo that Bungie actually, yes they do listen, however they don't fully implement or they go so hard the opposite direction that they in fact gauge their game and player base incorrectly. A lot of streamers actually feel the same about the game as most 'normal' players beacuse it simply stopped being fun. That's on Bungie 100% they have no clear direction, flip flop and end up pleasing almost no one while trying to please everyone.

And watch how they switch up when they see big destiny streamers leave, wouldn't surprise me if they're emailing/calling gladd rn like he just dumped them talking about "what can i do to make it better, i promise i wont do it again, i can change"

작성자: Ken_Malibu 4/12/2020 10:33:25 AMI don't think Bungie have a clue anymore. Game peaked for a lot of people year 2-3 of D1. D2 was a disaster from launch and none of the subsequent updates have done anything more than prolong the agony. I do agree, looking back, that the way D2 was pitched was clearly at the competetive Twitch scene. More cartoon style, 'balanced' PvP etc. They also tried to make the game more accessible and ruined much of what made D1 so appealing to so many in the process.
