Should be a hotfix implemented within a few days
However like all bugs, the IT department is taking the piss.
One of the biggest problem people have, is it takes weeks and months what should be a few days at most.
If you want to us to pay for a Triple A Game, we expect Triple A Service on Par with other Game Developers.
TL:DR: It should have been earlier this month, not on a few weeks after it's spents a few weeks like this.
This is one of those fixes that are so small, that it would take a Techie a few hours in front of a computer fixing, you can have two people in the IT department knock off entire swatch's in hours of requests by partitioning.
I wonder how long your list of bugs is, a few pages at least by now, if they worked on the small ones that can be done in a single day, and would leave resources to then focus on the big ones that take hours of staring screens, colloberating with collegues, and experimental fixes.
This is taking way to long for simple fixes and a SpongeBob, : "One Eternity Later," one complicated fixes.
Please speed up your Department if you want us to pay Triple A pricing.
