Because where Bungie once wanted us to feel powerful and fast (remember the "go fast" update in early D2), they now want us to be weak little worms. And those don't move fast.

작성자: Unbreakable Patches 4/1/2020 6:39:04 PM“Go fast” I’m pretty sure was more so about power and ability regeneration. It had literally nothing to do with movement speed. Guardians in D2 are also about as broken as they’ve ever been.
