Sell Destiny to Microsoft... Then you could work on Matter...
I think it's a GREAT idea... The best idea that could possibly save this game!!!
This will give bungie the freedom to go off and make all the grindy games like "Matter" and the original crew from Microsoft that started this whole "Destiny" thing (Joe Staten and Company Included) can being this game back to it's original glory.
Come on guys, you know this could be a game changer, the one that might work.

See, there are a bunch of you who know I'm 100% right. This is the only way this game will ever amount to anything.
Anyway, this is my last pass into the end zone. My Hail Mary if you will. After this, I doubt I will ask for anything every again. Well, maybe match making for everything, which to this day I still don't understand why this is not part of the game. I get the feeling this wasn't part of Joe's original plan, I really doubt it. No way he would have put raids behind clans, no way in hell. Damn I miss having fun, good old fashion fun...

OK, so this post is slowing going away but for those of you checking in from time to time, I wanted to leave you this... You watch this and you tell me we got anything remotely resembling this? There they had the basic right ideas and Jason Jones and his team KILLED IT! Eyes Open Guardians.

3 답변작성자: Demon_XXVII 4/1/2020 5:47:10 AMOr Sell it to Sony, next gen reboot (with a release on Xbox & PC) - it can be Sony’s PS5 Sci-Fi looter/shooter Dedicated top end servers (on PS5 at least - Steam & Xbox Live can pay for their side) for both PvP & PvE (with separate stats & maybe even standalone DLC’s for both - which will still interact with either side of the game) Hand it over QC to Naughty Dog, hire a top quality team, game director, bring in Joe & Marty, (let’s not forget Dave) & let folk like Byf/Myellin “consult” & delve into the lore, find some amazing backstory ideas, iconic characters, multi threaded Campaign, Hire the Bungie Gunplay & Art/Audio teams (lose ALL those in HQ/Management) Lift the content, make it a damn sight more threatening, pre/post apocalyptic, fill the enemy to create immersion & Tactics/AI that can truly push the Guardian (not just bullet sponges/silly mechanics) Cut back on Eververse (make that type of loot into rewards) ....if the game is fun, immersive, slightly addictive & made with passion, a detailed eye by a team that truly gives a shit, then it will always make money! D1 started off being a great idea, with some fabulous story, lore, premise - that was killed by a greedy HQ at Bungie seeing 💵💵💵 & Activision’s insistence in carving it up into DLC’s Then fast forward to the release of D2 Vanilla, the push the reboot with Forsaken, the loss of good staff Now we’re here D2Y3 is just a disaster!

4 답변Microsoft should have bought the Destiny IP when Bungie was still with them and made Destiny an exclusive Xbox One game. That would have been a huge reason to on a Xbox One And delayed time for a honest Halo 4 sequel for the next gen. They -blam!-ed up bad. MS then -blam!-ed up Halo and Bungie then -blam!-ed up Destiny. The only winner here is Sony.

He would even continue to support the PlayStation community if I had to guess just as he did with MInecraft. Sony would not be so magnanimous.

There is this little part of me, very little.... that kind of wants Destiny to breathe its last breath and die already and your down votes are surely helping that... So have at it. I would be sad a little if it dies... and a little bit relieved. Either way, I think I will be alright. ;-)

5 답변Selling to microsoft I feel wouldn't do very much. It's not that they COULDN'T do some good things with it, the question will always be "will they?" Sony, although I don't personally care for the system itself, has a better track record with creating high quality games. This isn't to say microsoft can't, because they've created halo, gears of war, forza, fable and a couple of others...but their most recent editions haven't exactly been too spectacular. Halo infinite and whatever they do moving forward will be where they have to redeem themselves first. But this isn't 2000-2013 anymore.
