I agree YS, but you cannot get it through these -blam!- thick skulls that NO-ONE wants it to be easy, it's the top tier crucible and should reward those who genuinely deserve it. But no matter how much you drum it into them, they cannot grasp the underlying problems that are created by this mode. You have lag and latency issues, players using scuff controllers, players using console and pc modding devices, the matchmaking, the server issues, the hard core cheats.....the list goes on. No matter how much you practice, no matter how much you improve, no matter how good you actually are, if all these factors are against you, you may as well piss into the wind. I really want to give trials a try, but I know how frustrating it will be. Last point. I have heard players complaining that they are not receiving rewards when they should be. I have not seen one stream or youtube vid where this has happened. Makes you think what's going on in this wonderful game eh? Shows how illiterate people are on here too, having a go at the guy for using nickelback in the correct context and thinking it had anything to do with the band lol! The word actually means "To lamely produce something for mass consumption with little care for its originality or creativity." So he was correct in using this term.
