Hard light nerf...?
I’ve been playing a good amount of trials this weekend, and I’ve gotta day that this hard light buff is a little absurd. It took me a while to realize it, but I see why people are getting pissed off, including myself. Does anybody else agree that this should be addressed for a possible nerf? I mean I love that auto rifles are now relavent, but this seems like they gave it too much love... 😬

1 답변I'm fairly new to destiny but holy crap all I see in Crucible is hardlight. I'm not the best at Crucible but most of the time if there's only like 1 person using hardlight I can normally deal with it but I've seen people in the same clan all using hardlight. Literally 4/6 people on the enemy team all using hardlight and there's really not much you can do against that. Even just random people being put together in Crucible I'm rarely in a match without hardlight being used by my teammates or enemies. All I'm saying is nerf it somehow it's a real problem, I refuse to ever use hardlight in Crucible because it's so broken.

2 답변Agree fully. Hard light in crucible is devastating, and for people who are trying to get hand cannon precision kills for a exotic quest (like me) it is your worst enemy

9 답변There is no nerf necessary. This gun was absolutely non-viable before the buff, and the ONLY reason anyone is saying it needs a nerf is because they can't dominate the field with revoker, NF, or Lunas anymore and they aren't happy about it. I say bungie should stop nerfing and buffing guns period. Give guns universal basic stats and then increase those stats based on the rarity of the item, as I know I'm not the only one who thinks that an exotic should always outclass legendaries or below simply because they are EXOTIC WEAPONS, then make Extoics hard to find. Somewhere between the "Who tf has seen an exotic recently" times and flood of exotics that came with forsaken, but closer to former of the two.

3 답변Yes, for once I actually fully support a nerf. I've been playing lots of crucible lately and it is everywhere. Literally. Everywhere. I've even been using it myself. Now, it is boring. I'm tired of seeing it, tired of using it, it's stupid. None of my other loadoats I've tried are very effective so far... so I resort back to using it... which leads into more boringness. Please nerf hard light.

1 답변I never play crucible but I did for my 100 kills for the new auto rifle catalyst and thank god for hard light or I might have never got it done but there are definitely guns out there that can beat it because the same people killed me over and over. I am done with it now so I don’t care

2 답변After getting 11 flawlesses and a 62 win streak. Hardlight needs something to make it not the literal best pick. Sure it’s an exotic slot, but max stability with infinite range and laser like precision AND really good TTK gives it too many pros and not enough cons. Take away double damage on ricochet rounds maybe or even give it crazy screenshake again. It’s truly strong and busted. It’s an outlier and confuses people who aren’t intelligent enough to see Hardlight is a problem not the auto rifle buff.

8 답변Only hardlight has to be nerfed, remove the 2x damage on bullet bounce and eliminate the no damage fall off, making it exotic just because it can switch elements, just like the sniper that can also do that and is exotic.

i agree, it's completely one sided if you encounter someone who knows to use it reasons: -no dmg falloff -way too much dps in pvp -can't hit a shit when being shot by it -it bounces god dammit -even more dmg on bounce -i suck at using it
