Yeah it does do this if you play online. Know plenty of players who stay offline to avoid this if they haven't bought dlc's. You have to regrind everything if playing online though. Everything is still available though & doesn't disappear. Will bungie bring back recluse e.t.c. back to re-earn? I highly doubt it as the backlash would be severe
