My friend just made the bliz -> steam transfer yesterday... he stopped playing destiny when Mars expansion came out. After the transfer he resumed playing and he was already (?!) able to go to the moon? Is the possible without the packs? Today he has bought forsaken and shadowkeep and I told him to go to the tangled shore first since the events there happen before the moon campaign. He went on the shore and told me that there was no campaign there, no mission, nothing to start... Is that a bug or what? How can he start the forsaken campaign? Is there something he must do first?
