You can never take your thumbs off the sticks and jump, shoot etc or slide. Literally the same thing as claw grip but more comfortable.

PVP players ask for Trials, PVE players want Factions back, Trials are returning... and factions, where/when?. This game is guided by PVP players only and ratkids fauna

Game guided by pvp players? How does a pvp player gain light level? How do u we get ascendent shards? How do we get high stat roll gear? You heard me pve! Ib is only playable with high light. Furthermore, the best pvp weapons rn, mindbenders and spare, are locked behind pve gamemodes. The past seasons had zero activities involving pvp. So dont give me that shit

I just want to see how far you are willing to go with trying to prove you do.

For those who can do it, yes. I have a nephew that will only use a claw grip. He tried to help me with it but the angles I had to have my wrist was a no-go (maybe there are different styles of a claw grip that might work better?) I have a gimpy hand from an incident in my teens (about 35 years ago) that leaves my hand a little more useful than a potato though. I can't really move my thumb so I use my wrist to move it and the paddles on the back are a very nice relief from the pain of trying to press buttons. I just know that once I set up the paddles for the more difficult buttons I was dealing with, gaming became MUCH more enjoyable. That particular nephew can still run circles around me, but I also have almost 40 more years of bodily abuse to contend with. The point of me asking him what model he has is not because I want one. I've been running Scuf controllers for about 8 years now. I'm pretty intimate with how they work, along with what they are and are not capable of. :)
