Even if you did the paths in the reverse order of whatever order you did, you'd still get Lore 1, then Lore 2, etc. If you're missing Lore 18 and 19, then, unfortunately, you missed 2 paths that you thought you got. Because the lores are not tied to specific paths, and because each path will only give a lore once, then your only option is to run every path again until you find the two that you missed. Hopefully they'll be earlier ones instead of later ones for you.
