Nerfing wish ender = nerfing fun. WHY!?
Ok I just heard bungie are going to nerf wish ender on tuesday... WHY!?? Because it's fun!? Who is it hurting? If it was O.P in pvp I'd understand... but it's not, it's just pve so why nerf it? Wish ender has been the most fun me and my friends have had in D2 for a long time... why???... BECAISE EVERYTHING SHOULDNT BE A ******* BULLET SPONGE!!!
I'm sure a few years ago bungie said they weren't going to nerf weapons any more....
So we have a wish ender that has been fun in pve for a couple of weeks so bungie decide to nerf our fun, then there's the other end of the scale we have lunas howl and not forgotten that have been broken/O.P in pvp since launch and totally ruin pvp but bungie just leave them to ruin pvp forever (yes I'm aware of the slight lunas howl nerf...still broken/O.P).
There are some very odd decisions going on at bungie rite now.
A weapon has become fun in pve...

Well, the way I see it is that if they keep it as it is no other primary weapon will be able to compete with it, so people will ask for other weapons to be buffed, which would either result in our guardians being too strong again and the game being too easy, or with the community having a new thing to rant about constantly

1 답변If they didn't nerf the sleeper maybe they wouldn't have to fix wishender...its because of gambit that it has ruined all the fun weapons...

18 답변They aren't nerfing it, they are fixing it. Either way, it sucks that we can't even have what felt like a good performing exotic and yet Erentil sits broken AF.

I'm not overly happy about it either but it makes gambit stupid. It just comes down to who has more wish-ender's and hunters. Why hunters? Well aside from Oathkeepers if games ever go to sudden death, swap to shards of galanor and you win.

6 답변It's a bug that has ruined Gambit and trivialized a lot of pve. So they are FIXING it. Go cry in your pillow.

5 답변They're fixing Wish Ender, not nerfing it. They've even mentioned that they may use player feedback about the bug to buff bows as a whole though. I'd take the fix with a grain of salt. I love the improved damage, and I'll miss giving Medium Blockers a taste of their own Medicine, but PvE and Gambit bosses simply became a (bigger) joke with it.

12 답변So ive seen a ton of people rock it gambit (myself included) and i actually dont think its a problem funnily enough. Like i used it for a couple games then decided to swap to the black armory kinetic bow and did waaaay better, probably because i used a shotgun more than hard focusing wishender but regardless it wasnt even that great. Like yeah it slaughtered majors but so did a special weapon and when i faced a 4 stack in gambit prime all rocking wishender vs me and some randos(cant remember if there was a duo in there or not) we actually won which took me suprise. In short id be ok with them keeping this level of damage and slapping it in the secondary slot, id probably actually consider using it then.

3 답변CydonianKnight1, you make some valid points and i agree that eververse should be removed from the game but whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

4 답변If it weren’t for gambit then it would probably be left alone but as normal any activity with pvp in it gets nerfed.

3 답변Ever go against a team of 4 of them in Gambit? Watch the Prime Evil get melted faster than you can count to 10. Yeah, sure it was fun for a minute, but it is literally the definition of BROKEN!
