You’re in PC. 90% of the people there are tryhards and a LOT.of them are unbroken.

You'd honestly be surprised at how bad some of the playerbase is. I think I'm terrible and try not to use META stuff and I still have pretty high stats. Just look up your stats on Destinytracker. I don't actually care about my stats. They're only useful for gaining Glory in Survival.

There is no cbmm in this game. The truth is, 1.1kd players can easily get Unbroken. It’s not hard to get anymore. 5500 comp is a joke

SBMM in pubs is so -blam!-ing stupid. Put it in comp all you want but that shit don’t belong in pubs. Imagine if Bungie had performance based matchmaking at work. Those responsible for the last couple of seasons full of re-skins and rearranging assets calling it new content would be out of a job. 🤦🏼‍♂️

SBMM is the way forward, unfortunately Destiny 2 is stale and past it’s use by date. That’s the real reason numbers are down right across the board PVE and PVP. On the upside, haven’t seen PAID CARRIES spam in a long time...poor guys must’ve had to get a real job to pay their rent. Good for them.

So I’ve had a few days to think about this. Yes. SKBMM sucks ass but there’s the thing. Y’all scared the casuals off by sweating your dicks off 24/7 in “casual” lobbies. I know what I’ve said in the past that people shouldn’t be cowards for not wanting to face great players from time to time. But as long as these try hards keep using meta and sweating their asses off in every. Single. Game there probably wouldn’t be a problem.

I'm more of a fabled player, and I love it when I'm matched with people who earned NF at and below that. Luna and Recluse, fine, but their SBMM has always been flawed as has their MMing in general. P2P communication is a joke and assists in making the hit detection in this game just awful. I love it when I'm behind cover, but I get hit by someone who shouldn't be able to hit me due to a solid object in the way. They still body or crit shot me because of P2P and/or lag! Heck, in a game I played yesterday or the day before I was matched with 5 people in comp way beyond my level. I've also had quite a few unbalanced matches in comp, even in the solo playlist. I just love it when all the higher skilled players are on my team or the other.

why are they not in your skill bracket if they have unbroken title? that doesnt mean they are better than you, just grinded their way up to legend, which you could do too if youre being matched with them. skill doesnt equal glory rank!

I mean.... i've seen "unbroken" bots in quickplay with no map awareness running dual primaries 🤷‍♂️. Unbroken means about as much as the MMXIX title or whatever it was.

Assuming you’re playing a skill based mode, I’d guess they caved to the streamer cries and ninja switched it back to connection based If not then I guess you’re not in the right game mode

My first game of solo comp this season at 0 glory was against players at 5500 glory. Makes no sense.

I guess there are no MM, every RNG based. Since no devs there, tweakers doesn’t know what they have to do.

I keep matching against unbrokens and I’m like “dude wtf I’m trash”. And then I usually get bodied and go back into the crucible to try to get my daily kd back up, and then I get bodied again and keep repeating the process.

What I don't understand is why they reinstated it with a declining player base that makes zero sense it only works if you have a lot of players
