Did you ever notice those flags in Control? Turns out that if you stand under them for a bit you can capture them! I name this concept "capping". And you "cap" those "zones".
And that's not all!! If you actually hold two or more of those "zones"... your kills count for more! That's crazy right??? Imagine killing one but getting double the score. Absolutely astonishing!
It boggles my mind that I am the first to discover this. It changes the mode completely. How come nobody does this? It makes me wonder! Imagine what one could do if he had a team with people that tried to "cap" these "zones". One could Control the map and flow of combat!
I suggest you go into Crucible right now and try this, if word gets out and more people do this Bungie might patch it out entirely!

Holy Jesus, you're onto something bud. Hey, hey you, random, write that down, WRITE THAT DOWN. I can't believe it. I thought I was capping points just to stake my claim. Turns out it also gives more points! My teammates never capture points, let alone defend them. Or even get defeats... it's honestly been feeling like I do all the work, and still lose... It really is sad when you can snag 40 something defeats and 5 caps and still lose because half your team can't cap, defend, or at least get defeats for their life. Bunch of lousy, Clarinet players...

I wish they were like d1 capping xones where you had to cap it twice by if the enemy team had it you would cap it till it turned white then it turned blue on recap made it more fun and more skilled in capping zones and actually team playable

작성자: MidknightRooster 1/11/2020 11:50:31 PMIf Bungie ties a quest to Crucible, that is all that matters, because Crucible is universally seen as a mess right now. Also, until Bungie stops screwing around and finally gives us back CLASH as a standalone option, and stops shoving control down my throat, I'm never going to play an objective other than shooting fools with non meta loadouts, because that's the way I want to play. You know, the way Bungie keeps claiming we can lol.

5 답변Yeah, you go ahead and run around the map capping zones and getting no kills. See how much that helps your team...

1 답변I love sarcasm, but I will tell you why. Again, the streamers and content creators don't cap zones. They look for their 50 kill games and run around the map like madmen killing everything in sight. So what do people do, now they think they are streamers and they don't play the game mode the way it was intended. The only time people cap zones is during Iron Banner because it means more and there usually is a quest associated with capping zones.

1 답변작성자: lmaica 1/10/2020 6:16:46 PMI don't know, man... Those circles look dangerous so I stay away from them. In Iron Banner they even catch fire! WTF! Also in Iron Banner there is this bug where Clash is spelled Control for some reason. Since we're here, how do I make a taken blight public event turn heroic?

작성자: FataLVisioN_Oo 1/11/2020 11:58:35 AMThe only way this tactic would catch on is if one kill with two zones capped counted towards 2 kills for your kd.. people seem to really care about that number so I'd imagine they'd "cap" all the zones... until that day though old leroy on your fireteam will continue to cap 0 zones while defeating 4 opponents and dying 20 times being the MVP for the other team.

lol! This one time I stood in several of those alphabetically marked circles and noticed that I got a nice bump to my “Super” energy. It was crazy, because while I’m not certain, it definitely felt like that was the reason I was able to activate my super more times in that match. With about 10 seconds left I was able to slova bomb some cats that were about to steal the game with one last cap. Not sure that would have happened if I had stuck to the Clash objective in Control. I was doing it all wrong, but it inexplicably felt like I was doing it all right for once. In general I’m of the opinion that players should avoid capping the zones, and then complain profusely about getting killed by a player that popped three supers in the match. To this day I have to wonder. Was it all the extra super energy that I was getting from standing in those circles that enabled me to have a lot more fun while activating more supers than usual? It’s a mystery.
