Savathûn and Xivu Arath are still alive. We don’t know of any other Hive capable of becoming Hive Gods. Crota was the only descendant of the Osmium Sisters who achieved godhood like them. We know all of Oryx’s descendants who could have done it are dead now. Savathûn most likely has none. It’s possible that Xivu Arath has a descendant who could achieve it, but it’s unlikely.
