I have the season pass and I have done the first quest of “make bows, not war”
Now I have to “use a bow to land precision final blows against vex or Cabal”
But no bow was given to me and I cannot unlock the door to the bow what do I do ?

Le Monarche drops from the Volundr forge I believe and you can create one from one of the forges as well. (Creating one might require a bow though.) The forsaken DLC gives you a bow from Oetra around the time you meet Spider. Shattered throne awards the Wishender bow by completing its quest line as well. These are the best ways off hand to get guaranteed bows. The rest is RNG.
