The new celestial fire melee for the attunement of sky dawnblade subclass tree, does not correctly proc the exotic armor perk for Sunbracers. That perk being helium spirals, "Increases the duration of solar grenades. Solar melee kills Grant unlimited solar grenade energy for a brief time." The bug seems to be coming from the new perk rework for heat rises for the refreshed top tree as well. "hold 'LB' to consume your grenade energy to extend glide time and improve in air accuracy". When that perk is activated you can only use the helium spirals perk once before the heat rises perk wears off, even if you get another charged solar melee kill.
