Lumina HC: It lacks importance in PVP. It needs a Perk Buff added into one of the slots. Yes It’s role is meant for PVE but the time spent grinding for this Exotic I expect it to have some use in PVP. And good perk buffs to add is Snapshot combined with Feeding Frenzy or even Surrounded. In PVP most of the time your not focusing on using its Noble Rounds to find an Alley your more concerned about completing the objective. It’s a Great 150 Cannon it’s just it’s use needs to stretch past the boundaries of PVE. This Cannon is just collecting Dust in my Vault until my fireteAm wants to do a Raid or Nightfall
