My season pass dissapeared although i bought the Deluxe edition.

i have done a transfer of characters because i was waiting on the whole 90 days thing but Bungie helped me very well with that. just now that i think it has changed my characters my season pass has disspeared. I purchased the Deluxe edition of shadowkeep so i know i should have it until season 11. but when i log in it says i need to purchase the season pass. if needed i can pull up the email where it says i bought the deluxe edition if it shows otherwise.

  • Did you buy the Deluxe Edition on Steam, and is that where you used to have access to the season passes? If so, those passes are permanently tied to your Steam characters, so by activating cross save, and choosing PS4 as your primary account, you are now using characters that do not have access to the season passes.

      According to Wasted on Destiny, you bought the Standard Edition and not the Deluxe. You also do not own Shadowkeep on Steam.

      • I need details on your cross save situation. Sounds to me like you applied the season passes to characters that are not used anymore now because cross save got enabled afterwards.
