When I was doing the garden of salvation raid I was getting away from the tether and when I was no longer getting tethered I couldnt look around with my mouse. I went to my inventory and I could move the cursor just fine. The only way to fix it is to restart my computer entirely because I cant event select the "exit to descktop" option after pressing escape.
