This is easily my favorite Hunter exotic however I don't understand why it's locked to a Arc and there's no constant on the perk. I think you should at least get immediate health regen especially since the perk timer is so low. More importantly why are there knives on both hands but I still only swing with my right. I think the actual Cross Counter punches should be thrown with the left hand and get some use out of it. Also, am I imagining things or did Cross Counter timer drop to 2seconds from 8? I just don't understand why Hunters need an exotic to be able to 1-Shot melee in crucible and they need to be on a specific class yet Titans can have a shoulder charge regardless of burn, handheld supernova exists, arc web is a thing, and Dawn Blade only gets better.
