Does triple scavenger work?
have a shottie scav on arms and class mod, but not on legs. will it stack with 3?

You can stack it three times. However, there really is no point since having two stacked means you get 3 rounds per pick up. 3 stack would equal 4 rounds. But, if you need that much shotgun ammo, then you are really bad with a shotgun.
