Who is someone/group of people that are part of a group you are in (Religion and Political Affiliation and under stuff under similar categories) that you strongly disagree with?
The purpose for this post is to have people agree on who they disagree with. An example being Kelly saying how they dislike Joe Biden and them and ECCHO finally united in disliking Biden. (Idk how Kelly actually feels about Biden I just picked an unpopular democrat)
For me, as a part of the LGBT community and as a Christian, the big ones have got to be Jehova's Witnesses (And Mormon's to a lesser extent but they are more chill than JWs) and Milo Yugoslavia or whatever that guys name is.

Any priest or preacher that treats religion as a social club, gives a sermon/homily as a motivational speech instead of a religious experience, uses their position in the church for self gain, doesn’t practice what they preach or isn’t Pro Life

As a Christian, I could say someone basic like Joel Osteen, but I like a challenge. John MacArthur is someone I probably agree with on 90% of theology, but his Calvinism is where I begin my disagreement. Calvinism simply puts so much into the Bible that was never there, like the idea that we have the total inability to respond to the Gospel. Or, that we are regenerated before we believe, there’s not a single verse that supports either of those claims. I respect him and many other calvinists, but they’re just wrong. That soteriological belief system has caused a lot of people to stumble, and even leave the faith.

I’m a huge Mass Effect fan and I didn’t hate the ending of 3, my preferred ending choice is not the same as most of the fan base and in fact a decent portion of the fan base gates said choice, and I like Andromeda.

11 답변I personally don't like the idea of using abortions to remove fetuses when the only reason is because the mother didn't want to have a child. I'm fine with abortion if the mother is endangered, if the child was conceived during rape, or if the mother/family can't afford to take care of a baby after birth. But the idea of simply using abortion to remove fetuses when you're more than capable of preventing pregnancy (and capable of taking care of a child) I find gross. But there are a lot of grey areas when it comes to abortion.

They all laugh at the public. They are all in the same club. And the Ls HATE the Gs, and the Gs HATE the Ts. The Ts want to be Ls. Perversion is not a personality trait.

1 답변I’m of a fairly conservative/libertarian bent and I listen to a lot of talk radio while I work (I know I’m catching at least one boomer joke for that). I’ve got a local guy I listen to 7am to 10am and he’s absolutely great and I agree with him most times........until there’s another shooting somewhere and he does the conservative version of knee jerk reaction and wants to blame violent video games. It’s almost become a schtick on his show by now that when he goes on that tirade, I’ll call in and argue reason with him.

6 답변As a socialist, killing Capitalists isn't okay, it's wrong. We should only kill if neccessary. They should be imprisoned and rehabilitated humanely like every other criminal.

As someone on the left I dislike the whole activist “deplatforming” approach that happens these days. For example the practice of preventing controversial speakers from appearing on college campuses. I think it‘s a concept fundamentally at odds with what it means to be a “liberal”. Being a liberal should mean defending someone’s right to speak even when you despise what they say. Debate them yes. Present an alternative yes. But don’t prevent them from speaking.

1 답변I'm kinda in the same boat as you, I'm Christian but I can't stand people who think being lgbt+ is a sin. It also really annoys me that mormons/Jehovah's witnesses (mostly mormons) try pulling that door to door stuff even though we live like 20 feet from the church my family goes to.
