I have been having the same problem for the lat 3 days (Xbox one). At the start up screen it gives an error code called Turtle and says failed to download config files from bungie servers. I've tried hard resets, disabled and enabled internet, cleared memory cache, tired different internet networks, ect. I would like help with this issue please.
