ive just noticed that gunsmith packages, legendary engrams, pretty must any drop i have not gotten a no turning back. a few of my clan mates have also noticed that it seems to be M.I.A. I only want it for kinetic bow stuff for gun smith bounties and i know i could likely get better roll from forge but thats not the point... the weapon is impossible to find at this point
