Without Matchmaking for Escalation Protocol how am I to get armors and guns!?
There are a lot of activities going on and people mostly move forward to new ones. But to get Wayfarer I still need Ikelos SMG and some of the armor parts that only drop from this activity's chests.
But without a matchmaking for escalation protocol, how am I going to get to the end? It is very hard to bump into people that go till the end and do it multiple times. Also you can't get 6 people together and enter it as fireteam is only 3 people. So I need to find 3 more which happens to be on the event area.
Yeah you can say go pursue another thing but this bugs me every time I saw that I am 3 pieces away from getting that Wayfarer.
Any suggestions? @Bungie?

Such a move would make past expansions worth farming again, thereby giving players more reward options. The random loot factor is what makes looter shooters like the Diablo and Borderlands franchise so re-playable. Bungie, how about investing in a proven winning formula once again? EDIT: This would resolve lack-of-player participation issues since there would be renewed reason to farm Mars and Escalation Protocols. 2nd EDIT: Whoever downvoted this idea must not like Random Rolls LOL.

I am fine with public events like this in patrol zones, however they need to make it so that you remain in the same patrol instance if you leave a fireteam. This would make it easy to get 6-9 friends together to take on the activity without losing the "cool factor" of being able to run across an event in progress while patrolling. This would help for EP, Blind Well and Alter of Sorrows.

2 답변I do it with 3, grab a cabal interceptor and ram whatever boss it is off the map. Then just repeat round 6 and boss ram until I get the item I want.

Mars is the Flashpoint this week. One strat is to just fast travel between the north and south. With luck, you'll land in an instance with a handfull of Guardians already doing it. Join up, with +/-5 you can beat it.

There's usually lfg grps for ep took me over 100 tier 7 kills to get all armour and guns Also dont forget to use world line zero if u still need catalyst progress Sadly shotgun what I wanted most last to drop but got 2 back to back kills I cried and laughed

4 답변Easy, get a time travel machine and go back to the days that content was recently offered, pay for it like anybody else before it was free DID, you'll find yourself into instances where people are already playing it with their friends and will ask you to leave cause the want to invite someone else and youre occupying a slot, dont worry you can simple leech them they rather play the thing than rather dismantle and start over looking for another instance they found each other. OR Just play the damn thing. It was released as an activity that requires (i think) 380+ power lvl, so these days youre 750 in no time so you can solo that activity because youre way above the required level and YOUR POWER LEVEL MATTERS is not like every activity in Deadstiny MAKES ENEMIES MATCH YOUR POWER LEVEL TO KEEP IT CHALLENGING, you can get it over yourself. BONUS: Ikelos sniper had breathbox "adjusted" and Ikelos shoty was nerfed over its rate of fire and unique perk.

1 답변In my experience, killing the level 7 boss 51 times so far, you just got to start it up and people will just join. Now that we are all 750+ you only need about 4 halfway decent people to get most of the way through it reliably, especially if you can figure out to chain supers. Last boss mechanic is usually hit or miss, but then you attract more randoms when they see you are close to the end. Good luck. 👍

9 답변Bungie's logic for this game on not adding matchmaking for just about everything in this game is stupid. It took 5 freaking years just to get matchmaking for nightfall and they still botched it. Every level of nightfall should have optional matchmaking. The only activity in this entire game that it wouldn't work is the raids. It's so annoying how far this company is behind in gaming and it's 2019. Especially with their engine...

It's "High End Content", "Destiny is a game best played with friends" blah blah, totally agree put in matchmaking for all content. Even WoW has/had matchmaking for raids (dumbed down versions admittedly). I think all content should have a matchmaking option, especially non-raid activities.

Or just start doing it yourself and hope more people join in. Or go to lfg or some other 3rd party site to make a fire team specifically for EP. All three choices are dumb. EP needs an upgrade of some kind to make it easier to do.
