SOLVED: Emblem collection flashing?
Any idea how to get a collection for Flair items to stop flashing? My emblems section seems to have 'something' in it that's causing the Collections->Flair section to flash. I've hovered over all the live items. I've checked and none of them have a sub-item. Here's a video:

Any idea how to get this cleared so it stops flashing?

The fix for this was to install Destiny 2 on a PC (cross-save was already set up) and launch the game. When I went into the Collections the Flair section was NOT FLASHING. I went in and hovered over all of the Emblems anyway (but none were flashing). I then quit the PC game and went back to the Xbox console. The flashing HAS STOPPED. So if you run into a situation where Collection items are flashing for no reason, use cross-save, launch the game on another platform and see if that solves the problem.
