Why is nobody using Outbreak Perfected?
Ask yourself (if you've mothballed that gun), "why am I not using this gun?"
It's still good in this sandbox and maybe it's just me but I hardly see anyone using it now. So I urge you guys, if it's been a minute try it out.

I think it's a very solid gun. As someone who never got it in D1, I find this gun to be both fun and effective in almost any situation. I just dont use it frequently because A) I happen to be working on a lot of other stuff right now that requires me to use specific guns, and B) it takes up the slot of my favourite gun, my Loquitor auto rifle that has almost 60k kills on it...I just can't bear to put it down...
