I've used my black armory key, but it didn't update the mysterious box.
I got my black armory key from the key mold quest and the bergusia forge, and when I used it, it didn't update the progress in the mysterious box. Will I have to do the quest again and on another character when this quest gets fixed, just to get the key mold?

Same thing happened to me. All we know is they are investigating. No idea what they are going to do about it. Sucks. Too many time gated steps, would take weeks to get another character back up to this point. Where it likely wouldn’t work again.
